OPINION POLL! Subject: Shared house / lease. Aside from general conditions of the lease such as pets, smoking and fixtures on the walls and floor coverings. Is it ones right or responsibility to to tell the other housemates when to clean their room? More specifically, their laundry and clothing? I think, as long as they arent leaving food scraps and rubbish and dirty dishes and shit in their room, if they want to leave their washing for weeks and weeks on end, leave their door shut and its not an issue. Agree or disagree? If you were the one in question, would you accept being told when to clean your own room and washing? If you were the other party, do you think you have the right to expect this of your housemates? Also, does it make a difference whos name is on the lease when it comes to the general cleanliness of each persons room?
