OPT will be starting #fitfridaytips #FFT every Friday we will be sending out fitness tips. And the 100th person to like the tip will get a free 30 min workout with me or one of the OPT Trainers. Todays #FFT is for isolating the shoulders Glutes and Hamstrings. @bodiedbygigi is demonstrating standing lateral raises great for toning the side delts. She is also demonstrating bent over raises which develop and tone the rear Delts.... @shamaridevoe is Wrks the glutes and hamstrings doing double leg hamstring press on a foam roller and single leg hamstring press on the foam roller. Both of these movements tone and build the glutes and hamstrings. When doing them always keep ur abs and core tight & avoid arching your back. These presses are great for people that have knee issues and cant do squats. Shoulders and Glutes are the building blocks to a well balanced body. #dtopt #optteam #optfamily #optwellness #FFT
