ORIENTATION # 1162 : ORGANIZED DISORDER _______________________________________ What most of us have experienced, and most of us is incessantly experiencing, is this perpetual painful struggle of nowadays, mostly a western struggle, to shape action according to idea.. The what can I/should I do reigns, indisputably, within the modern minds.. The urge to shape an action, which supposedly should be the action which then shapes life.. reigns.. So : should I escape from my country ?, should I join that particular congregation of people ? That ideal ? That movement ? That spiritual something whatsoever ? What could I do ? .. Very little time, or a perfect zero, is spent in inquiring in the deep and rational evaluation of the idea, and in the mental state that has produced it .. We want action first, we are worshipers of action, without caring if the idea that pushes us into action is an idea maturated within a healthy process of thinking.. Misty ideas that shape actions, shape obviously nothing but misty actions.. which then become a coagulation of confusion or most often; ideals.. An ideal is alluring cause it gives us the semblance of order.. being in business with something apparently solid, true, real.. but in truth an ideal, every ideal, is nothing but organized disorder.. He who clings to ideals, whether spiritual, moralistic, religious, pseudo-social, trends and sectarian/culty activities and all of the rest of it.. clings and foments organized disorder which inevitably breeds and produces large confusion and chaos among men and individually.. If one looks clearly, rationally, then maybe one sees the tremendous waste of psychological energies one/people use to occupy along the urge to make the outer conform to the inward, individual psychology.. How can one gain psychological assurance from ideas fomented to match the outer through actions, when the inward psychology is confused ? You may go to Bali seeking for inspiration, whatever you mean by that, or to India, or you join some sort of pseudo cult or church that claims to hold the secrets for happiness you need.. but, without the analysis of the inward movements, the radical comprehension of them (which is an absolute private and individual affair & deal that must take place with no distraction whatsoever of any sort), you are not going to go that far with a possible rational understanding.. and quite on the contrary; you are going to enter a kaleidoscopic spiral of nonsenses .. a psychologically dangerous organized chaos .. phenomenon which is so proliferative in this modern irrational middle age in which so many sink.. In shaping ourselves according with the mostly fake gratification coming from the frequent superficiality of the outer, such outer shallowness assumes greater significance and importance .. then sadly people become what people possess, or shallow parrots of love, peace and light, or modern devotees of patinated, glossy but inconsistent spiritual nonsenses.. or back to the fortress of consolidated religions or petrified social ideals..
