OSCE Mission confirmed that Russians are shelling the territory of Ukraine ========= On Wednesday, August 6, on the site of Lugansk a border guard detachment worked with OSCE Mission observers. During their stay the observers held two meetings, says the press office of the State Border Service of Ukraine. Delegations were shown evidences that shelling from Russia happened, as demonstrated by artillery specialists, on impact sites where they found the fuses from 122-mm shells and debris from 152-mm shells. Impacts allowed possibility to determine the direction of shells flight and their origin. OSCE reported to the European Court.
