Bistec encebolla by Gloria (Recipe # 2) You add some oil enough to coat all the steaks and then you add some white vinegar. just to taste, you dont want the vinegar to over power the taste. Then you add fresh minced garlic to your taste. Now you used the adobo and season the steaks. Slice some onions. mix it well together. Let it marinated in the refrigertor for a couple of hours, so it could sseason good. Now you take some oil in a skillet and heat it up. Add your steak and fried them. It doesnt take that long to cook, because its not that thick. Make sure that you use cubed steak, and that its not thick!
