OSUN STATE & TRIBUNAL UPDATE Anxiety Grip Aregbesola Over Witnesses Show Of Shame At The Tribunal! Yesterday at the tribunal, it was a funny scenerio when Aregbesola close his defence untimely on 8th day of the 10 days assign to him and his political party to defend the chain of allegations by Omisore of PDP against his self acclaimed victory on 9th of August gubernatorial election in Osun state. It is quite unfortunate for Aregbesola and his legal team as they decide to put an end to daily discomfort that was put inplace by there so called 19 witnesses who were eventually authenticate the claims of the petitioner, Iyiola Omisore who is challenging Aregbesola victory in 17 of the local government area of Osun state. If not that potency/power of Aregbesolas pigeons used during the electioneering campaign are unable to sustain the test of time, i wonder how the so called 19 witnesses will strongly affirm the allegations of the petitioner and the claims of Omisore of PDP and his 43 witnesses that the irregularities attributed to the election are of different categories ranging from over-voting, alteration of result sheet, importation of ballot paper from neigbouring state (Ekiti & Lagos) , creation of new polling unit contrary to designated polling unit by INEC and the use of OYES cadets to pefect series of electorial malpractices in favour of Aregbesola in all the 17 local government that is been challenged by Omisore. Aregbesola/APC counsel, Mr Kunle Adegoke Esq. was able to put an end to Aregbesolas defence after he clearly understands that the witness are seriously complicating issues on each day as Friday was later scheduled for the 2nd Respondent to open their own defence.
