OT - I saw someone post a bug on here asking about it a bit ago, so I thought Id ask you guys. When I was helping my mom do some landscaping, we found this in the dirt. I assumed it was some jewel or gem off some lawn ornament my grandparents had that popped off. It was harder, not squishy. Well I put it on a cinder block as we continued. Then, I noticed the end was wriggling!! (Where the lines are) It wasnt soft like a worm, although the one end does kind of look like one. But the other side doesnt. I then assumed this was some sort of pod for a beetle perhaps? I moved it to some other dirt and buried it to about the same depth (not very). Any idea what this is?
