OUR COUNTRY IS IN A POTENTIAL CRISIS ___________________ Hon. Thabane is governing the country with less than majority of 59 members; the justification is that in 2012 Hon. Mosisili governed by 48 minority of members; again the High Court of Lesotho has not decided upon the legitimacy of that parliamentary coup of 2012, thus landing us in a dialemma: if it is right to govern by a minority, will Dr. Thabane be justified to govern single-handedly even in prorogation of the parliament should the coalition disband; or if the court rules that the government by minority of 48 as in 2012, by 59 as is the coalition today, does this imply that as a legal precedence, former Madam Speaker Ntlhoi and Dr. Mosisili will have to be accused of a treasonable coup? Either way, since we are within this crisis because of lack of wisdom, lets beseech the councel of God.
