FIELD SUPERVISOR: Must have an active PERC 40 hour Armed Security Training preferred -- If not we are willing to train the right individual 2 years of Security Supervisory Experience Must have clean Criminal History Must disclose all criminal convictions and pending charges Must have excellent Driving Record Must be able to pass a Drug Test Must be able to work all shifts, holidays and weekends Must have a Professional Appearance Must have excellent communication Skills-Written and Verbal Must have working knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel and Outlook. Responsibilities include: Site Inspections Assist with Scheduling Employee Training, Development and Disciplinary Action as necessary Assist with the Training Academy Classes Client Relations Generate new leads and sales Payroll, Billing, Overtime Control and data entry Maintain All companies Vehicles ARMED SECURITY OFFICER: • Must hold an active Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC). • Must have State required 40 Hour Armed Security Training. • Must have FOID -- Firearm Owners Identification Card. • Must be a high school graduate (GED accepted) and provide us with an original diploma and/or transcripts. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. UN-ARMED SECURITY OFFICER: • Must hold an active Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC). • Must have State required 20 Hour Security Training. • Must be a high school graduate (GED accepted) and provide us with an original diploma and/or transcripts. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
