Having examined the above statement, it is therefore pertinent to note that the said statement was made during a war of attrition between the duo of Ms Philo Elo Oghenekome and Louis Onofighe. However, a critical appraisal of the situation will reveal that miss Philo Elo Oghenekome fierce response was only in reaction to an unprovoked affront on her by Mr. Onofighe. Close watchers of recent happenings in this forum will understand the implication of THING as been used by Onofighe Louis allusion was meant to demean. It is therefore absurd not to expect a reaction of commensurate proportion. The most annoying part of it all is that there was visibly zero correlation between the derogatory innuendo of THING and the original subject matter. To this end, we unanimously hold that Ms Philo Elo has done no wrong. Even criminal jurisprudence clearly appreciates scenarios of self defense. On that note: Miss Philo Elo Oghenekome is hereby place on one week suspension, she will resume her comments/post after 7days, the suspension start with immediate effect, she is expected to tender unreserved apology to the panelist and the house for undermining the integrity of the panelist on her resumption, failure to do so the Administrator of the Forum Barr Duncan should eschew her from the forum after 3days of grace.
