OUR NEW PROCEDURE FOR NIGERIA CRUDE WE NEED GOOD SELLERS Procedures: 1. Seller and buyer sign S.P.A. with their banking details and deposit copies in thier respective Banks. Buyer returns SPA 2. Seller’s bank in favor of Seller writes a letter to Buyer’s bank indicating Seller’s willingness to place a 2% performance bond if Buyer places his LC or BG. 3. Buyer’s bank replies accepting to issue an inoperative LC OR BG on behalf of Buyer to be activated by Seller’s 2% PB.. 4. Buyer’s issues INOPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDIT in favor of Seller to Seller’s bank. 5. Seller activates the LETTER OF CREDIT [LC] OR STAND BY LETTER OF CREDIT [SBLC] with 2% performance bond. 6. Seller loads vessel in Buyer’s name. 7. Seller sends all cargo documents and POP to Buyer via his bank. 8Seller’s Captains issue ETA to Buyer’s storage Master Rotterdam. 9. Vessel moves to [ROTTERDAM] where Q and Q will be conducted 10. Seller’s CAPTAIN OF THE LOADED VESSEL issues MARINE ATB to Buyer’s Inspectors to conduct Q and Q on board the vessel. 11. Inspectors give out Q&Q results to Buyer and Seller.
