OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS: please read before booking! During High season.....please ask for off season and short stay breaks :D Priced at £40 PER NIGHT it is a minimum of seven nights stay from saturday to saturday = TOTAL COST FOR 7 NIGHTS = £280. Arrival after 2:00 PM. Departure is before 10:00 AM. The caravan is cleaned between guests arrival and departure but please note that eccessive cleaning will have to be charged for (due to past experience.) a refundable deposit of £50 in cash, is required on arrival and will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected, and deemd to be satisfactory. The caravan is a strict NO SMOKING caravan but there are smoking areas outside, the decking area being one. Music can be played but must be turned down at eight and off by ten (for obvious reasons)unless there is prior consent for special occasions. soft music played by the decking will be ok. Gas, Electricity and water are inclusive in the price subject to fair usage. We will supply : Pillows and duvets. extra bedding and towels (exept beach towels) can be provided at an extra charge. A deposit of £50 (non refundable) will be required on booking and the full balance to be paid no less than four weeks prior to arrival date. unless prior agreement with us by phone or email. (we apologise to our customers for this but due to previous experience that has left us out of pocket, we have had to do it) off peak and weekend breaks are slightly different, please ask for details. The swimming pool will be open from end of June/ beggining of July. Please ask for more information :) Sorry but we can not accomodate pets at this time.
