OVC will make up to three awards of up to $660,000 each to tribes or tribal nonprofit organizations to develop and implement a victim-centered strategic plan that includes a Community Wellness Center as a central organizing hub within the tribal jurisdiction. The goal of this solicitation is to meet the holistic needs of crime victims and survivors through the development of a victim-centered Community Wellness framework that extends beyond crisis victim assistance to meet the longer term, complex needs of victims, survivors, and their families.
