Obama is focusing on the economy again. I could do better than him. Money does not bubble up from the lower class and it does not come from the middle either. If you have a job some ennity that has more money than you signs your paycheck. Money trickles down from the upper class. That is how it works. Obama is working to shrink the economy, not grow it. Repeal obamacare, quit attacking the energy sector and stop discouraging small business along with tax reform (fair tax) and the economy would start producing jobs. Remember trickle down.
