Born June 27, 1956 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Myron and Ruth Clouse Rugg. Donnie was a member of Saint Rose Catholic Church of New Lexington; he loved life; was a friend to everyone; an avid fisherman and a devoted Cleveland Browns Fan. Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother. Survived by his wife of 31 years, Cheryl Musick Rugg; daughter, Sarah (Sam) Pollock of Hertford, N.C.; grandson, Izaak Pollock and granddaughter, Violet Pollock, both of Hertford, N.C.; 3 brothers, Terry (Sandy) Rugg of New Lexington; Edward (Jennifer) Rugg of TN. and Daniel (Ramona) Rugg of New Lexington. In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his sister, Judy Clements. Calling hours will be held from 4pm-8pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 and Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Friday, October 18, 2013 at Saint Rose Catholic Church, Main and Water Streets, New Lexington, Ohio with Father John Reade as celebrant.
