Obituary for Michael Lee Bailey Michael Lee Bailey, of Tallahassee, Florida, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013, four days shy of his 32nd birthday at his mother’s home. Michael had been diagnosed with epilepsy in 2005 and battled with seizures for the past several years. He lost his battle Halloween morning. Michael is survived by his parents Bill and LeAnne Staalenburg; his sister and brother in-law Greg and Tabitha Smiley and their daughter Savannah; his sister and brother in-law Clay and Heidi Pullen and their daughter Grace; his sister and brother in-law Michael and Kristen Sloan and their children Amber, Destin, Shelby and Dillon; his great grandmother Mary Evelyn Butler; his uncle and aunt Ashley and Jennifer Bailey and their son Parker; his great uncle and aunt Lee and Diane Butler and their family; and his ever loyal dog Sissy. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. To celebrate Michael’s life in a place he would love, a memorial service will be held Tuesday November 5th at 3pm at Maclay Gardens. Family will receive friends at his sister’s home on Monday November 4th from 5pm-7pm. Please contact the family for directions if needed.
