Obituary for Rev. James M. Camacho REVEREND JAMES M. CAMACHO Pastor James Camacho, 45, of Hallstead, PA went home to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ on June 26, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Penny Brandon Camacho. He is also survived by his beloved children, Rachel and Jordan Keefe, Leah and Jared Haynes, David Camacho, and Bekah Camacho; four grandchildren, Javi and Tobi Keefe, and Gabriel and Shiloh Haynes; his parents, Jim and Bonnie Camacho; three sisters; a brother; numerous nieces and nephews. James Camacho joined the pastoral staff of the South New Milford Baptist Church in October 2008. He and his family previously served with New Tribes Mission for 15 years as church planters in Paraguay, South America with the Manjui tribe. Pastor Camacho longs to see people come to know Christ and see them obey and serve God out of a growing love for their Lord Jesus. “Listen, keep the main thing, the main thing.” A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, June 30, 2013 at the South New Milford Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 3-4, prior to the service at the church, and following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may take the form of a donation to the South New Milford Baptist Church, Rev. James Camacho Memorial Fund, 2967 Harford Road, New Milford, PA 18834. Our Grace Family partnered with James and Penny in their call to bring Jesus to the Manjui Tribe in Paraguay. For the past four years we have partnered with Leah and Jared. The fire that burnt in the bones of James burns on. The torch has been passed. James is smiling. Let’s continue to pray and support Penny and the family as they celebrate their beloved James; Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather,Uncle, Nephew, Missionary, Pastor, Friend, and Teacher And above all, He kept The Main Thing, The Main Thing, James was a Lover of Jesus. For the next two Sunday’s there will be a card available for our Grace Famly to send to Penny and the family.
