Objective / Personal Profile I am an efficient, conscientious, hard worker with great work ethics. Reliable, trustworthy, vast experience on responsibility orientated environments. Energetic and self-motivated, work well either unsupervised or as a team member. I am accurate and thorough with figures, with a good eye for detail. Interests and hobbies Living alone I enjoy up-keeping my flat and staying fit by training 2 to 3 times a week. I Practice several expressive sports from martial arts (tae kwon do-kempo jujitsu) through to skate boarding, but enjoy all sports particularly team sports such as football and basketball. I eat well as I enjoy cooking my own food and tend to socialize with good friends. I Love traveling (been to Greece, Portugal, Spain and Holland) and trying new cultures particularly gardens and landscapes. I have excellent hand to eye coordination as a motorcycle mechanic and so take advantage of this doing building work and decorating. I have managed a family friend’s real estate portfolio (over 10 private properties in the UK alone) for over 5 years and have developed a liking to the real estate industry. I intend to buy the flat I live in in a few years. Main achievements – I was traveling an hour’s journey on the tube and was always over half hour early for work.
