Observation of the day unfolding. As we near the partial solar eclipse beginning in just about 2 hours, Andrew Fosss Post regarding the negative is indeed rearing its unpleasant head. To repeat his words: Negative Imprint: alienation, naïve, disconnected, escaping responsibilities, over-reliance on the past, stuck, suspicion, obsession, criticism, fear, distrust.......People are irritable, approaching or responding with why are you bothering me. Shopping, driving, dealing with customer service, phone calls, posts all radiating this intense pushing people out of their space, even children and parents. Please take a moment, a few breaths and send out a general release of compassionate understanding and unconditional love. It does not need to be a long meditation or prayer, just release the love within you, knowing it will be abundantly refilled, asking only for the best and highest good of all our relations. Feel the love rise up out of you like a fountain in a complete sphere spreading a wide circle as you exhale and enjoy the return from your roots, your feet upward as the well spring is refilled. Use the sacred number of times that feels correct. This simply cannot be done wrong for it is as natural as breathing.
