Panthers resent curtailment in ration STATE TIMES NEWS BANI : State Secretary Young Panthers Pawan Dev Singh while speaking in a public gather criticised the Assistant Director CAPD Kathua for making curtailment in the rations particularly the rice to APL and BPL categories. The Young Panther leader wanted to know the parameter whereby such curtailment of ration has been made. He further said that Bani constituency has poor road connectivity and the people are still living in pre- independence era. He lamented upon the authorities for their failure in providing various services to the people. He said that the work of main road from Bani to Chalog and road from Asso to Barmota were started 16 years ago but are still incomplete. Prominent among those present in the meeting include Rishi Badyal, Sanjay Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Chanchal Ghrati, Narinder, Surinder and Vipan Singh.
