Obviously I can`t make the meeting tonight. But here`s what I think needs to be organised.. 1. We need an appellant for the Judicial Review , basically an individual named in the High Court action, gotta be a Bolton resident. 2. We need a bank account to use for fundraising , and a Paypal account linked to it. 3. We need to find a lawyer to represent us , I`m still trying to contact Gavin Boby. If I fail with him , we`ll have to try local firms. 4. I think we should also make complaints to the Council Ombudsman...the Planning Committee have been fined before for malpractice. We can use the facebook page to encourage others to complain 5. I think we should also be reporting Cllr Martin for his facebook discussion of the case. I believe it breaches the Councils code of conduct. We can use the facebook page to encourage others to complain. 6. I think we also need to tone down the anti muslim content on the main page...it may harm our chances of hiring a brief. Lots to do....
