Occasionally I pop into other little coffee stands and not so little coffee companies. I like to see what others are offering.... call it spying if you will, personally I call it research. Are our products the same/different/better/needing improvement/ speed/accuracy/ price/ quality/estheticly pleasing among other things Im always looking for and comparing. While I could use this little post to vent the poor customer service Ive received lately, Im actually flipping that poo around and jumping on the positive train!! I have a lot to be thankful for when it comes to my little coffee shop buuut number one on my mind is my staff!! Daily via Facebook, text, call,email, in person someone compliments my girls! Customer service, friendly attitude, fun, silly, different (thats mostly toward the krista/Chelsea duo lol) understanding, accommodating, classy, REAL and the list truly goes on and on....I may not be the typical Bossy boss but ill give myself a lil tap on the back for selecting such a wonderful team 💛 Im beyond blessed. Great staff, Great B.B.E (best, Billie Greathouse ever) amazing pastries ( Jessica Duggan, Paula Purtteman) , and support from Dillanos . Feeling THANKFUL AND ALIVE! Thank you Krista Howland, Chelsea Cline, Aubrey Marceaux, Shelbie Jones, Kelsie Doughty, and Tanya you ladies do more than fill a spot you MAKE the Bean Tree!
