Oceanside 1-1-15. I hope everyone had a safe NYE. I got my feet wet , lol. In Oceanside so much sand has been displaced from the dredging of 2 years ago. The drainpipe was under sand for a long time. In photo 1 it shows where our shore break used to be. The dredging didnt help the surf much back then. Our surf for the next 3 days will be for flat to 1 ft surf for all of southern California south of Pt Conception. Look for more cold temps to. It was 32 degrees in Oceanside this morning, back to bed I went. I also covered my 2 outdoor house plants. A lot of tourists and such beach combing. The piles of rocks are from the dredging. Treasures to be found.
