We are currently looking for a veteran applicant for a new home we will be building next spring at 3494 Hickory Grove Rd, Acworth. This will be a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, energy efficient home on a .43 acre lot. The home will start in February 2014 and will be ready for move in April 2014. The veteran who qualifies will own the home. The 25 year, zero-interest, mortgage payment will be approximately $525 per month and includes taxes and insurance. No down payment is necessary. There will be a $1500 deposit due at closing. This homeownership opportunity is being offered to a honorably discharged veteran who is a first time home buyer.
