October 21, 2013 Crime of the Week The Franklin County Sheriffs Office is investigating a Burglary/Theft that occurred in the 4300 Blcok of Shawnee Road. Sometime between October 3, 2013 at 5:00 pm and October 4, 2013 at 7:00 am unknown suspect(s) took numerous items to include: 3 ceiling fans, 2 ceiling fan light fixtures, 2 fan vents, 2 outside lantern, Stihl chainsaw, 2 shower faucets, 2 bathroom sink faucets, 1 kitchen faucet, 45 boxes of wood flooring, battery booster, finishing nail gun, skill saw, nail gun and a 6X12 JW black trailer along with other items. Anyone with information about this crime should call the Franklin County Crime Stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS (1-888-311-8477), submit a tip through Franklin County Crime Stoppers Facebook account, text tip to 274637 (Begin text with key word Franklin) or online at tipsoft. Tipsters can remain anonymous. Franklin County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of any person(s) committing a felony crime in Franklin County, Kansas.
