Administrator of Ohio Means Jobs Highland County Case Manager for Ohio Means Jobs Highland County Highland County Community Action Organization Inc. has full time openings for two positions in the Ohio Means Jobs | Highland County Office. These Positions are for the Director as well as Case Manager. The Director will oversee the administration of quality employment and training services for program customers as well as coordinating the provision of services available through the local OhioMeansJobs Program. Preferred qualifications for this position are a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Services or other field; however, an equivalent combination of education and/or professional experience may be considered. The Case Manager will work under the direction of the local Director and will assist Workforce Investment Act (WIA) applicants further develop employability as well as coordinates the provision of other services which might assist the individual. Minimum preferred qualifications for this position are an Associate’s Degree in a related field with experience in working with individuals in training and career counseling. However an equivalent combination of education/and or professional experience may substitute if it can be demonstrated that it provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties required of this position. Applicants must have compassion for county residents and the desire to be a part of an agency that is making a difference in our county. Applicant must have a valid Ohio Drivers License and be insurable under the agency fleet insurance policy and must be able to bend, stoop, and lift over 40 pounds.
