October 3-Upper body light workout-1395 Jump Rope 15 Min -12:19 P.M-12:34 P.M after one hour routes and short sprints- Routes At Sports Dome- Film-In and out of breaks better-Faster -Feel like when I wasnt thinking about speed I was more flowing with the route and ran it better-Some one hand catches ,Timing a little off but good film work and feel good about where I am snatching the ball and feel ill always be open-Confident that No catch is to difficult for me and work better at it day by day-Have that confidence and know what it takes,No one who is on contract right now is out working me-PERIOD-Real talk-Prepare everyday-One handed catches-Im going straight up in I.F.L -In case you all forgot-Sean Malafronte-Born Elmont,Ny-Oct 4-Rest-Film-Ball Drills-Bike-Swim- Goal is camp--Giving the chance Then Past that with this team-Someone is at there best when they have noting to lose,everything to gain-And show no fear-I know what sacrifices I have made-I keep pushing,striving-I watch tape on defense coming into camp-Like I said others sleep and Im awake -Ill watch tape so I am already -So I live day by day-Camp comes I can be the last one on a roster-what makes the difference between me and some veterans is Ive been hungry for years-They havent-That simple-A lot in Gods hands,But Im ready--Well Ill say this-No one-NO ONE out works me it wants if more-I guarentee that-Believe-58-185-Hanging Tough-Stating Hungry-Guide me to 100➕⛪️
