October 30th I took my daughter to the emergency room due to her having a first time seizure, I had gone out for a smoke break and was walking back inside, paying more attention to my phone, than where I was walking. Anyways, I walked straight into a post and fell, bruising my ribs on the right side. A couple of days later, my left side of my neck, left shoulder and arm started bothering me. I thought that I had just overworked the left side while babying the right side. So after suffering with the pain in the left side for a month, my arms not working properly, and fingers being tingly,I decided I better get things checked out. Ruptured disc in my neck, causing nerve pain and inflammation. MORAL OF THE STORY, its not just texting and driving that causes accidents, lol, jk, but be careful when you are using your phones folks!
