Of all the Hardley Chase stories published into Novel books, there is a particular title which stands out from the rest, in its first page, Hardley Chase wrote: NEVER GO TO BED WITH THIS, YOU LL STAY AWAKE TILL DAY BREAK. What interests me most in this Chase series titled WANT TO STAY ALIVE? Is his messgage for the rich people which goes thus FEAR IS THE KEY THAT UNLOCK THE WALLETS AND THE PADLOCKS OF THE RICH. In my decades of sojourn through life I ve found Hardley Chase words very true and remarkable. Obviously fear is the only factor that forces the rich to open their wallets and doll out their money. I salutes the craftness of the notorious character in the story Poke Toholo though a fiction but there are lessons to be learnt in every Hardley Chase story, he was a Master story Teller.
