Of course I should not get on my self righteous soap box and tell people how to live ...Right? Well, youre right, I should live and let live. I mean, You dont need me to convince you of anything. You know everything! Youre smart, you can hold a conversation on just about any subject with anyone. Youve figured out how to earn and keep an income, thats skill these days. Well done! Youre a handy person to have around, you can grill, fix stuff, solve problems with a smile. Matter a fact, youre pretty entertaining, full of trivia, quotes and one liners, you could have your own show. Youve see all the popular movies, been to all the cool shows. You know your way everywhere, it just so happens that you even know where all the good food is. Just think about how cool you are! And it wouldnt surprise me to find out you have a couple of celebrity friends. Hey, brains hangout with brains, simple enough to comprehend. Thats great! youve got a wonderful life but, you forgot to put on your thinking cap when it comes to your health. The one single thing that affords you this wonderful existence. That doesnt really make a lot of sense does it? I mean, you didnt even have to buy your health. It was literally given to you as a gift. So how smart is it to just let it fail as a regular daily routine? ITS NOT! So I just want to share something with you. Without your health youre not going to be happy, period. Its only a matter of time before your health deteriorates due to uneducated habits or just simple ignorance. WAIT! ...I thought you considered yourself one of the smart people? I dont think youll be lying on your death bed saying, Boy, sure wish I worked more. Or I shouldve watched more TV. Or I need a bigger gut than this.
