Of course, this is so hard to prove, but California is being assualted on every front. Drought, radioactivity from fukushima washing on the beaches, il Diablo nuclear power station right on the san Andreas fault, very high state taxes, the military taking over hollywood and the big universities ( particularly Berkeley) and so many illegals easily crossing into California from Mexico and further south that they are becoming a social problem all their own. It all looks like a really big disaster happening and about to happen. I believe the HAARP thing is there to cause an earthquake or destructive weather event because speculators on the various monetary and commodity exchanges are betting on this outcome to raise prices for californian grown goods ( almosnds grapes oranges etc) to make a huge profit.
