Of course we still have one issue, that being there still is no "procedure" for the orderly, peaceful exit of a state from the union. While the Constitution does not say a state cannot leave, it does not define HOW to do it in a manner that does not involve us all trying to kill each other in the process. It also does not define the status or protections of US citizens whose live and own property in a seceding state, and who want to remain US citizens. As such a secession can easily turn into a free for all of "payback"against political enemies. So what of the Texans who do NOT want to be apart of this if they are successful? (one is doubtful that the NAP will be followed, as there are too any non-libertarian minded people behind this)
