Of the 35 Governors who have signed for their (Governors)referendum, focusing on resources and autonomy, none is from Mt Kenya region. Rift Valley appears divided with 8 counties signing. The main point to take home here is that the referendum, like the 2013 elections is likely to polarize the country even more. It is reported that this has shocked Jubilee. With the olive branch being extended by the President, lets hope and pray that the plebiscite can still be avoided.
