Of the last 4 things I made (or attempted), only one has worked out well. The bangles are great (yeah, theyre too big for me, but that means theyll fit everyone else). The rest? A spectacular fail in the kitchen last night. Went off the rails on a protein ball experiment. Oh, dear God. No amount of agave could fix it. Maybe an hour of work tumbled into the garbage. Then, decided to put out the knitting needles for the first time in forever just to make a freaking headband. FAIL. 2 hours into it and less than a quarter way through. Im grateful I hadnt gone any further before knitting disaster struck. Gave up. Went to bed. This morning, made the bangles. Yay! Tried my hand at creating a woven cotten a-line skirt. Its not terrible, but its not great, either. It doesnt drape like I wanted it too. If anyone needs me, Im going to be sitting here grumbling about how annoyed I am.
