Off for flu jab this morning. The reason i get this is i was diagnosed last year with CFS also known as M.E. or CFSME . So last year health wise was garbage after the previous year losing 4 stone and gaining amazing fitness last year that fitness has been whittled away. I have also a bulging disc in bottom of my spine a bone spur on my right hip ball joint which will need grinding down after seeing if i have a labral tear in the hip. Also feet issues which is stabbing heel pain and big toe joint pain. Add this to high bp and investigation in diabetes and 2014 has been crap. Come on 2015 give me a bloody break.
