Tax payments to governments involved in armed conflict have halted and funds to their armed forces and arms suppliers have ceased. The armed forces involved in the wars with Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria have commenced a lawful mutiny and are refusing to obey the illegal orders of their Governments. Those Governments responsible for the wars with Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria have been forced out of office and replaced with Governments committed to upholding and enforcing war law. Coalition Governments have cancelled all pillage contracts and have commenced reparation payments and reconstruction aid to Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria. New national, European and UN agencies are in place to monitor adherence to the laws of war reporting breaches to national and European Parliaments and the UNGA. Warmonger nations (US, UK, Israel) have replaced corrupt war-making laws and decision systems with democratic peacekeeping laws and decision systems. Politicians and those in public services understand how to govern according to law, how help rather than exploit other nations and how to become a human being.
