Off the back of Robin Williams death I want to reiterate that depression is the silent killer. It is a shame spiral that is compounded by self doubt which loses touch with reality. Someone said to me that they wouldnt expect it from him, due to his cheerful disposition. Depression makes you a very good actor and overcompensation is a key sign of someone who is suffering. This is why I am such an advocate of R U OK Day. Lets not show disgust in people who simply show signs of the human condition. Love them into wholeness and encourage them to go on. #JesusSaves
