Buyer issues ICPO + CP (Company Profile), banking information must be included +”Verbiage”or BANKREFERENCE or Statement of Readiness Letter. 2. Buyer and Seller have a Conference Call. 3. If agreement reached verbally, Seller sends FCO with PAG Examples (Payment Assurance Guarantee) + FAQ + Specifications. 4. Buyer signs and approves FCO then sends back with Certified Tear Sheet or “Verbiage approved” Statement of Readiness Letter. * Buyers with impeccable track record and approved status can send these documents bank to bank. 5. Seller sends SPA andNCND/IMFPA. After reasonable changes, contracts are signed, sealed, notarized and lodged at both banks 6. Buyer’s bank sends PAG (Payment Assurance Guarantee) to post BG760 or MT 799,DLC MT700 or non-transferable SBLC or MT543. PAG could be sent during the step №4 along with approved FCO, replacing CTS or “Verbiage Approved”. 7. Seller issues CI with Full POP (SGS, DTA, TSR included). This, for the first lift. ** 8. Buyer provides Vessel details and or Tank Storage and pays via MT103 after successful Dip Test. 9. Seller transfers title to the buyer. 10. Buyer’s bank issue the SBLC covering the Contract. Contract starts. *** Performance bonds are issued for the contract part Buyer Swifts BG760, SBLC or DLC MT 700 MT543 in the amount of 1 month shipment. Revolving for 12 months and one day.
