Officer Information: There are 2 types of officer class. Ursa Major the head honchos for the big stuff, and Ursa Minors for individual tasks and responsibilities. Event planning, guild management, rank distribution, member recruiting, chat moderation, and being part of the guild council for decisions in guild direction and development. Being an overall pillar of decision to keep the guild exciting and welcoming. === Ursa Minors: Recruit Officer: Duties include recruiting 1+ member within a 2 week period by explaining the guild attributes and features to potential members and to answer questions about the guild. Requirements to have the WoW addon WIM to help keep track of whisper history of previous asked players. After a successful invite, update notes for alts, and if new player to the guild send out the welcome mailing letter. Chat Moderator: Duties include watching guild chat for potential drama, player issues, or general problems with players actions. Upon observing actions issue a warning to the member through whisper and send mail to Zubat or facebook message of what was said, and what was said in response. Run Planner: Duties include helping to plan runs for guild members. Depending on type of run planner different runs will be expected, a pvp planner would be in charge of gathering people for Arenas, RGB, or general pokey pokey action. a pve planner is in charge of raid runs, ach runs, mount runs. Event Planner: Duties include helping to plan guild events and activities for special events, generic entertainment, or overall expansion of player accounts. Event planners are in charge of thinking up unique events, setting dates, rules, and checking with guild funds for prizes. General Manager: Duties include maintaining member alts with proper notes. Recommending guild promotions for active and helpful members, and watching guild vault for accuracy and ninja prevention. Point Manager: Duties include one of the most interactive guild responsibilities. Officers will check requirements for point earning, handle adding points to players database notes, and informing Zubat of changes the the points and why the points were added or subtracted.
