The team supports business with: · Forecasting – Internal BSS · Resource Planning · Scheduling · Seat Planning · Real Time Management · Analysis/Reporting Responsible for the development, deployment and maintenance of RTAM processes and RTPO features on an ongoing basis on NICE BO Solution Translate business requests into a technical design requirement. Build the user interface functionality of the technical requirements documents. Execute testing, QA and production roll out of project enhancements. Assist monitoring end users during the roll out of the RTAM and RTPO solutions. Real-time Monitoring Daily Reporting & Analysis Planning & Scheduling Client Interaction & Management Automation of reports and continuously build new and better applications Proper implementation of the project requirements. Required to have a strong programming and database management skills with an ability to visualize future scope of enhancement for the same We expect you to bring the following: Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline Minimum 3-5 year of prior work Should be able to communicate effectively with other departments and the client, also should have the confidence to collaborate regarding report design and system development with the client. Expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power-point and Access), VBA Macro. Working Knowledge of SQL is required · Should have good knowledge of UI technologies – HTML, JSP · Experience of designing and writing code with C++ and two years’ experience with DB queries and OOP. Experience with COM, Java, VB and WEB. Applications Familiar with operating systems (Windows XP, Windows Server) Should have good analytical skills and competent at logical reasoning. Should have excellent Oral and Written communications skills. Above average Presentation Skills Ability to independently apply tasks prioritization, meet tight deadlines, craft status reports Preferred: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent experience 2. Prior experience in WFM & working knowledge of WFM related tools would be an added advantage 3. Background in Call Center technology (CRM, Dialers, CTI, Emulators) would be an added advantage 4.
