Lets work together in this great mission. Describe your childhood growing years: During my childhood, I liked to play a lot with my friends outside our house fronting the beach. I had so much fun enjoying and exploring nature far away from so much new invention and technology. I treasure those moments mainly because I knew I had so much great experiences with the natural environment when I was young. What lessons did you learn from your childhood? For me, a happy childhood is when we could really know our neighborhood and surroundings very well, where we could easily play with your friends and enjoy what you were doing, and not to forget getting close and develop positive relationship to others. My childhood taught me a lot of useful things that I carried on until the present time. Having to grow up with nature, made me aware on how to take care of our environment. Any special facts or story about your family? My family had been an inspiration to me because they taught me on how to be close to nature since I was young rather than be on new technologies, with the exemption of the use of camera of course, as they loved to take so much photos of everything. What is the most unusual thing you have ever done? I’ve been living with my parents since I was born. They are always assisting me in every step that I take. When I entered college, I have my own place and it was quite far from them. I had to decide and do everything by myself. But at the end, I’m more than proud that I could pass it all and graduated with a Bachelor degree of Law in one of the universities in Bandung. What is your most memorable moment? To be elected as Miss Earth Indonesia 2014 is the most memorable thing that I will never forget. That was not only a victory for me, but also an achievement in my life. What is your environmental advocacy and why did you choose this? My Environmental Advocacy is about Saving Our Mother Earth from Pollution. As a firm believer of loving nature, it is important that I support and make everyone aware that the world without pollution is the better place to live in. What can you promote about your country? Indonesia, supported by its biodiversity and multicultural people, is a country where ecotourism has huge potential to grow. There are many places in Indonesia that provide eco-travelers not only with unforgettable conservation experiences, but also great hospitality and appealing cultures of the local people. Those places are Borneo, with its floras and faunas including orangutan, tigers etc, Jakarta with its happening mangrove conservation, Sumatra with its breathtaking white sanded beaches, and last but not least Bali with its offering of cultural ceremonies and great view of paddy fields.
