Officially all alone at my Grandparents house since Grandpa passed. I knew this moment would eventually come. So different without them and oh how I miss them both. No Hospice nurses and aids, no meals or snacks, no bathroom trips or messes to joke about, no chats or weather talk, no meds or vitals to check, no oxygen machines running or Western shows playing, no nothing but quietness. Youve left me with so many good memories Grandpa and Grandma. I was so blessed with the time I had with you both. I know your both in a better place, but selfishly I wish I still had more. Every room has its memories and I can sit in each one and so vividly remember good times we have had. R.I.P. Grandpa and Grandpa. Life will never be the same without you and I love you both so much. I know time makes it easier, but I sure miss you both today.
