Officiated at the Commissioning Parade of the 91/13 Officer Cadet Course last evening. SAF Officers have the duty of leading the men under their charge in defending our home and our way of life. I am glad that the SAF places strong emphasis on the development of leadership in its officers even as the SAF builds up its capabilities with new equipment and technology. I wish the newly commissioned officers success as they take up various roles and responsibilities in the SAF. TT
