Offre d’emploi Une entreprise de renommée internationale (NAFFCO) au Qatar cherche des travailleurs tunisiens dans les spécialités suivantes : 1 - Electrical Foreman: 1-Assesses equipment, materials and labor needed to complete large and/or complex maintenance tasks for the purpose of ensuring that maintenance activities meet district standards and resolve defined issue(s) while reducing wasted resources. 2-Assists in the personnel management of department employees for the purpose of maintaining staffing needs and productivity of the work force. 3-Assists in the selection of training and in-service programs for maintenance staff for the purpose of conveying information; and ensuring that maintenance employees gain and maintain a thorough understanding of safety regulations and providing guidance on department and District policies/procedures. Collaborates with others for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services and/or programs. 4-Coordinates the services and activities of outside contractors as assigned for the purpose of ensuring that contracted work is completed in a safe, effective and timely manner that it meets District standards and objectives. 6- Directs assigned maintenance staff in resolving complex and/or difficult maintenance issues for the purpose of ensuring that District locations are maintained in a safe and effective working/learning environment. 7- Maintains a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and complying with regulatory requirements and established guidelines. 8-Maintains assigned District tools, equipment and vehicle(s) for the purpose of ensuring their availability as needed to meet assigned maintenance objectives. 9-Performs a wide variety of skilled maintenance activities for the purpose of ensuring that maintenance issues are resolved and projects are completed in a safe, effective and timely manner. 10-Prepares a variety of program-mandated documents and reports for the purpose of documenting activities and complying with district and/or legal requirements. 11-Prioritizes and assigns electrical system related work orders to skilled maintenance staff for the purpose of ensuring that District locations are maintained in a safe working / learning environment and meeting District guidelines within the approved budget. 2 - Mechanical Foreman: 1-Analyzes documents and materials for existing and proposed mechanical systems for the purpose of identifying location of new and existing mechanical systems and determining the efficient installation of additional systems. 2-Collaborates with Supervisor - Mechanical Trades and assists with the coordination of day to day maintenance activities for the purpose of ensuring the proper and efficient maintenance and repair of district mechanical systems. 3-Coordinates with supervisor and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently. 4-Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in mechanical systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs. 5-Estimates and procures materials and/or equipment needed to compete work projects for the purpose of ensuring timely completion of projects. 6-Implements the execution of routine and preventive maintenance programs for the purpose of maximizing customer service and efficient and effective operations. 7-Inspects completed work for the purpose of ensuring quality of work standards are met and identifying preventive maintenance requirements. 8-Installs heating/air conditioning equipment and systems for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities and a comfortable working environment.
