Im hungry. I opened my eyes to see Fay smiling at us from the kitchen table with pikelets, toast, bacon and eggs all spread out. Mia and Finah stirred awake. Cmon or Ima be eating on my lonesome. Standing up we brushed our teeth and made our way to breakfast. Finah: How are you feeling? Fay smiled a real smile: Im feeling better today. Hands feeling the pain of lastnight but other than that Im ok Mia: You sure? Fay: Im sure. Its in the past now so no point in dwelling on it or it just lowers your spirits and kills your mood and aint nobody got time for depression I stared at her dumbfounded. Yeap this was so Fay. She only ever allowed herself to feel low for a few hours than she brushed it aside and looked towards the positive things in life... Like food. We all dug in even throwing ideas around the table on what to do that day. In the end a day at the park won us over, so after washing up we all walked down the road. Luckily for us the park was empty so it left us to the swings, slide and the flying fox.. Id texted Willie that morning to let him know about our plans and he text back to say hed meet us later that arvo. Me: Have I told you guys how blessed I am that we all became best friends when we did? Mia: No you havent but better late than never right? I shoved Mia as she let out a heartly giggle. Finah: You dont need to love. We already know because we feel the exact same way. Me: You know I never really thanked you guys enough for being there for me during that dark time. I dont think I couldve gotten through it without you pushing me and studying with me and I never knew how lucky I was till I struggled through my breakup and found that you were always there Fay: Wed do anything for you Hano. Me: I dont know how Willie and I made it, but we have. Ive never been happier and its like the pieces of my lifes puzzle finally fit like a perfect match. I dont know what the future brings but all I know is that mine will never be the same without Willie. Mia: I know what you mean Leah. But you sure you wana future with Willie I mean his name pretty much speaks for itself.. Just imagine having kids with that guy.. What would you name them? Willeah? Lilly? Finah: Maybe winny? Leah: I was thinking more along the lines of Mariella. A combination of the first half of your names. Mia: Omg really? Mariella? I like the sound of that *looks at Fay*. Looks like you didnt make the cut! LOL Fay: Ha.Ha. Funny Mia. Lol. I get to be godmother, as long as its 5 years down the track yeah? The girls looked at me. Their eyes giving off the sign of approval. I couldnt wait to see what the future held for Willie and I, but I was more than willing to go along for the ride, no matter where it took us.
