Often my Friends ask me, criticize me why you are fan or always in a supporting or defending role about Politician like Sharad Pawar ???????? Why why & why finally ....... I have neglected to Answer them always & thought ye to agyan hai ...... These ppl saying all this because lac of Knowledge and based on incorrect information ..... I met him when i was 5 years old .... before that 1 month ago in 1989 , My father Late, Mohanrao Totey conferred Krishi Bhushan the highest award in the Field of Agriculture & Allied sectors & that time my Late Father was only 36 years old. By discipline he was B. Tech ( Chemical Engineer) of 1967 Batch of Laxminarayan Institute of Technology LIT, Nagpur , that time there was only two Engineering colleges LIT & VRCE now VNIT. Instead of opting for any Job he joined traditional farming and made revolution by adding value to the traditional Agriculture & started set up of more than 100 acres of Orange Cultivation during 1971 onwards ..... Meanwhile i met Appasaheb Pawar elder brother of Sharad Pawar at our home in Hiwarkhed, that time first ever Drip irrigation set was installed in my Orange Orchard in whole Amravati district & may be in Vidarbha ..... since, that day i was in continuous touch of Sharad Pawar & his entire family ..... Learnt from him 1. Continuous Hard work, 2. But in multiple fields 3. Including Geet Ramayan to Cricket Administration 4. Adventures in every field 5. Discipline , Harmony within Organization. 6. Building up committed Human resource for the bigger cause .... in Shivaji Maharajs words Mawale ..... and the list is again endless ..... I have lost so may things in life, including my father , but now the principals , ethics, ideology , controlled aggression in professional life will only lead my life ..... So these are Guru s in my Life first My Father & Second is Fakt Sharad Pawar saheb ..... Since, list is endless i am going restrict myself here only...... I wish all the success!!!!!! which is yet to come from this legendary leader of Masses ......... He is climbing that ladder of Excellence , and that ladder is limitless .......
