Oh! Beautiful rain! So grateful for the cool breezes, rain, rolling thunder, that extra cup of coffee while sitting on the front porch to soak it all in. So many mixed emotions- as friends are struggling with fatal illnesses, people are being killed horrifically in the middle east... and then, to have this moment to sit, contemplate, give thanks, weep, pray, and then.... go make a batch of soup- to nourish soul and body, before the whole cycle starts all over.....
