Oh, Dear God. My sister forced me into a new weight lose plan again. I have tried everything before like Weight Watchers, the Zone Diet and even medication prescribed by a physician. I am hate joining another diet again. But my sister chose not to take my advice I will be extremely grateful that she did not. So I started this weight loss program reallysuspicious.
