Oh, Dear God. My sister forced me into another lose weight plan again. I have tried everything before like Weight Watchers, the Zone Diet and even medication prescribed by a physician. I dont want to waste my time on another diet again. But my sister chose not to take my advice I will be extremely grateful that she did not. So I began this weight loss program reallyskeptical.
