Oh My God!!!! The call has come. I knew it would. MY MOM JUST CALLED ME TO COME BY AND PICK UP THANKSGIVING LEFTOVERS! Trust me. The only more exciting moment would be meeting Diane Von Furstemberg , Liza Minelli, Halston and Andy Warhol TOGETHER!!!!! 1. Golden Pumpkin and squash soup with truffle and chèvre. Topped with crispy shallots. 2. Turkey infused with port wine and a foie gras gravy and coated with ground chestnut and Rosemary crouton served on a bed of Savoy cabbage. 3. Her UNCOMPRABLE relish made with currants, cranberries, lingonberry, blood red orange , little scarlet raspberries , citron and natural black honey, infused with Chambord. 4. Saffron mashed potato, turnip, and roasted parsnip crepes topped with cartelized onions drizzled with a butter-bourbon reduction. 5. Sweet potatoe petite fours infused with Gran Marnier in a ground walnut crouton topped with crunchy beurre Blanc and Vidalia hash. 6. Pumpkin and spiced apple flan and topped with crunchy pumpkin seeds dusted with cinnamon-caramel drizzle So now you know why I didnt care if I had a McDouble, fries and a coke last night!!!!
